Honestly I have no words....
Honestly I have no words..... for bereavement from losing her mum - from all her work colleagues. Not just one lot but 2 lots sent heads off, snapped flowers.
Next you have absolutely let yourself down with couriers/delivery drivers. Your boxes use to say NEXT FLOWERS and we have used you several times but unfortunately no more.
Ready for the bin
Plant when opened looked like the box had been rolling round the van. Soil all in box and down side marks where it had been going up and down in the box. All stems were broken.
I think it has been on the van all day as I live in Irvine and address of where it came from was Spalding.
My opinion is ... I think Next should leave the flower side to the professionals.

Received flowers today for my birthday clearly had been thrown around the van as alot of the half dead flowers had been broken off stems looked on website they were £35 for 3 tulips 2 dead roses loads of foilage and some tiny daises that were dead and snapped, you could buy a decent bunch of tulips from Saisbury for £5 truely rubbish flowers, rubbish couriers ruided birthday flowers thanks! And just dumped on doorstep all day when I returned from work
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - 2nd Negative Review
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Another sub-standard performance by Nextflowers; when the sender complained about the original gift to me, a replacement was sent which proved even worse. The top of the box was crushed, the aqua pac empty and the flowers a dismal and already-fading selection.
More importantly, Nextflowers don't seem to care; I sent an email complaint on 21/12/22 and have not even had an automated response; neither do they seem to respond to their Trustpilot reviews.
This company does not deserve our custom
I spent £35.00 on flowers they were…
I spent £35.00 on flowers they were delivered on the due date but were in a dreadful condition soaking wet the packaging was ruined and the flowers were crushed
They were for a special 60th Birthday for a relative. will never use Next again. And to ring up and complain will cost me even more money as the rates charged are astronomical which I cannot afford

No idea who the sender is, and Next won't tell me
I received a bunch of flowers from Next, but there was no card with them, meaning that I have no idea who sent them. I called Next and they told me that for security reasons they could not tell me who sent me the flowers. So, what am I supposed to do now? Ring everyone I know and ask if they sent me a bunch of flowers? It is now going to look very rude because I do not know who to thank. What a ridiculous regulation, especially as it is their fault that they didn't put the card in with the flowers.
Huge disappointment.
Sent my mother some flowers that were delivered yesterday. When I sent my mother a photo of the flowers I ordered, she laughed and said they were nowhere near as nice. She was flabbergasted. Next year I will find a local florist close to her home and organise it beforehand. Such a disappointment and a huge waste of money that, let’s face it, is not in abundance at the moment.

DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH ON CRAP LIKE THESE
Ordered next flowers for a friend's 60th birthday wished I'd not wasted £30. When they arrived the delivery man never knocked on the door just left them outside behind the car, the box was crushed left upside down. The flowers were a sorry site, they looked like a reduced bunch for a pound from your normal supermarket. The Lilac Gift Bag that arrived looked nothing like the image on the website, they looked like old flowers which is probably why they only lasted three days. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH ON CRAP LIKE THESE. Having used next for flowers on many occasions after this experience I won't be using next for flowers again
Please don’t waste your money they are…
Please don’t waste your money they are so lifeless and dull looking how Next are getting away with selling flowers like this I will never know keep your money in your pocket as they really don’t care it would have been O stars if I could
Absolutely disgraceful how they got…
Absolutely disgraceful how they got delivered, box opened, broken flowers all snapped. Supposed to be letterbox but got left outside? and tbh I would say half missing, I have received flowers for my bday from bloom and wild what a difference. Don’t bother with Next

Disgraceful
If I could give 0 stars I would! Disgraceful bunch of flowers delivered. Cost £30 and they were brown and half dead on arrival - they look absolutely nothing like the picture advertised. Don’t waste your money! I’d have been better off buying a petrol station bunch of flowers. The package was also just dumped outside the front door (no knock to indicate delivery)

Flowers delivered upside down
I ordered these flowers for my mum as a surprise, the flowers were dropped and delivered upside down. My mother was so confused and it ruined the surprise. What’s the point of beautiful flowers if they arrive in an awful manner?

Over priced in a box flowers died in three days…
These arrived in a box and the flowers were in a kind of polystyrene block so they could not be watered. Defeated the perpose of the flowers in a box !.
They started to die three days after they arrived even when i placed them in a vase.also i paid for a ballon I think the picture says it all.
For the £40 these cost me i could have got a nice ballon for £7 pound and £10 from any supper market

Not Pretty in Pink!
Received the Pretty in Pink letterbox bouquet as a gift. I send letterbox flowers all the time through Bloom and Wild, so I know what to expect. The Next bunch looks pitiful. Really poor quality, the greenery is dead. The carnations are dying and the lily hasn't even opened. Would not recommend!

Wish I had read these reviews before…
Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Ordered the Morris & CO Sweet Briar Bouquet. The roses were beautiful but the arrangement looks scraggy and incredibly sparse. The bouquet only lasts a couple of days before the roses wilted and died. Complete waste of money. I wish I had bough several bouquets from Morrisons instead and made my own - would've cost the same, been a full and abundant bouquet and lasted so much longer. Next = overpriced poor quality. Do not recommend.
